We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription immediately if you violate our Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with payment obligations.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds requested after this period will not be eligible unless required by law or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

3.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription
  • Technical issues preventing service access that we cannot resolve within 48 hours
  • Service not delivered as described (subject to verification)
  • Unauthorized payment made from your account
  • Legal requirements in your jurisdiction

3.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the service or license keys
  • Violation of Terms and Conditions resulting in account termination
  • Request made after 7 days from purchase date
  • License key has been activated and used
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

4.2 Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

4.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

5. License Key Revocation

Upon refund approval, your license key(s) will be immediately revoked and deactivated. You will lose access to the service and any associated features. Reactivation of license keys after refund is not permitted.

6. Partial Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

8. Currency and Exchange Rates

All refunds will be processed in the original currency of the transaction. If currency conversion occurred during the original payment, the refund amount may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations. We are not responsible for any differences in exchange rates.

9. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation of auto-renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

10. Special Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside the standard policy in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Extended service outages beyond our control
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Legal requirements in your jurisdiction
  • Other circumstances at our sole discretion
