This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our SaaS platform subscriptions. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription immediately if you violate our Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with payment obligations.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds requested after this period will not be eligible unless required by law or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
Upon refund approval, your license key(s) will be immediately revoked and deactivated. You will lose access to the service and any associated features. Reactivation of license keys after refund is not permitted.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
All refunds will be processed in the original currency of the transaction. If currency conversion occurred during the original payment, the refund amount may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations. We are not responsible for any differences in exchange rates.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation of auto-renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from refund requests shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
