We provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that offers subscription-based software licenses and management tools for FiveM server administrators. Our services include digital license keys, web dashboards, analytics, and server management capabilities.
We offer various subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) with different features and durations. Subscription fees are charged in advance based on the selected plan. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
License keys are provided upon successful payment and are tied to your account and server IP address. Each license key is valid for the duration of your subscription period. License keys are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
All payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to our payment terms and Razorpay's terms of service. Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.
All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your license keys will be revoked and you will lose access to the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
